General terms and conditions SANAE LARI
By making a booking, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
Booking & payment
- An appointment is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- The remaining amount must be paid on the day of the appointment.
Cancellation
- If cancelled up to 30 days before the appointment, the deposit will be retained.
- If cancelled within 30 days before the appointment, 80% of the total amount is due.
- If cancelled within 7 days before the appointment, 100% of the total amount is due.
Failure to attend the appointment
If the client fails to appear for the appointment without timely cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
In case of non-payment, the claim may be transferred to a collection agency.
Group bookings
For multi-person bookings, the full agreed amount remains applicable if one or more persons cancel.
Preparing hair & accessories
For an optimal and high-quality result, the hair should be:
- washed beforehand with shampoo only (without conditioner or hair mask),
- completely dry,
- blow-dried smooth,
- without the use of a flat iron.
If the hair is not prepared correctly, a surcharge of €50 will be applied.
For extra long and/or extra thick hair, an additional surcharge of €15 to €25 may be applied, depending on length and volume.
If the hair is greasy, hairstyling cannot be performed due to quality assurance. In that case, the scheduled service will still be charged in full.
Waiting time
If there is a waiting period on location because the client is not present on time, a fee of €50 per 30 minutes of waiting time will be charged.
Working Conditions
For the proper execution of the service, the workspace must be available exclusively to the client and the stylist.
Sanae Lari cannot be held responsible for any impact on scheduling or execution due to a busy space.
Replacement in case of force majeure
In case of illness or force majeure, Sanae Lari will, if possible, arrange a replacement stylist with comparable experience and quality.
